Having Trouble Playing the Video?.

Real Player is our best way of delivering the videos to you, Quicktime and Windows Media Player are only alternatives if the you have problems viewing via Real Player.

First, if you are on a slow phone modem at home you must realize that video files are large and take time to load.
The most frequent complaint we hear is that the video will only play part of the way and then stop (QuickTime &Windows Media Player). Clicking on the play button of your Windows Media Player, Real Player, etc typically will NOT resolve the problem, push pause and let more of the video download onto your computer, or select slower modem video.

Watching video on StreamingSurgeries.com is easy, but you'll need a media player (see below).   If you connect to the Internet using a dial-up telephone connection choose "modem or dial-up", if you have a Cable Modem, DSL, T1 or LAN  choose "broadband."  Click the "appropriate choice word" and the video will begin in just a few seconds.  Enjoy!

Real Video is our preferred choice of streaming since it delivers the best quality without interruption. If you can't get the Real Video to stream, it most likely is that 60 other members are viewing at the StreamingSurgery videos at the same time, either wait for a little while and try again, or us the alternate QuickTime or Windows Media Player streams. Other problems might be Internet congestion, you can go to the InternetTrafficReport.com, you may have a bad phone line or you are on AOL, in which case try to use the Internet Explorer outside of AOL, the AOL browser is a trimmed down version of the Internet Explorer. AOL in most cases only delivers 35K instead of the promised 56K.
